The bank employees from the tellers to the ladies who help set up accounts are all extremely friendly and helpful.
Only critique would be that I wish they were a little more competitive with their bill pay fees and free ATM withdraws.
The online site is mediocre and could be greatly improve. They have made some changes for the better but still have a ways to go.
Overall they deserve a 5/5 because of the staff at the Linwood location have made banking with OCHB such an effortless process.
