I normally don’t complain nor write a bad review but,,, This has been a complete circus for my mother and a very close friend of hers after all they been through already . Her friend warned her of the confusion and procrastination of Karing With Kindness. Now I don’t know everyone in the office but, I do know that Marabell has a bad attitude and bad manners toward her clients . She messed up authorization forms to insurance company ( numbers in wrong spot on form ) so my mother was denied the first time submitting her approval . She finally went to pick up her stuff and was a piece short of what insurance authorities. Why because Marabell only put in for 2 not because insurance doesn’t pay for 3 but, because only a request for 2 was put in for . Not only was she a piece short on her stuff but, had to deal with a grumpy miserable woman ( Marabell ) . My mother also called insurance to see if her stuff was approved NOT Karing Kindness . That’s their job NOT hers. My mom had to call and tell them ( Karing With Kindness) the approval number so, my point is , is how long would it have taken them ( Karing With Kindness)to call my mother and tell her that her insurance approved her stuff and she could finally pick it up ??? I’m am greatful that there is a company to help women with cancer . On the other hand ,to deal with the nonsense of procrastination and rudeness is uncalled for from a supposedly professional person and business (especially after all she’s been through in the last two months and on going.) Next time , if there ever is a next time my mom won’t be going alone . I’ll be accompanying her.
