This review is ONLY for the emergency vet services they provide. Took my cat who was bleeding really bad from her urethral and in terrible pain, vomiting and couldn't really walk at 8:30pm, at 11:15 we still hadn't seen the doctor. They took her in the back in her crate and said she would be much calmer while we waited for the Dr. For 2 hrs & 40 mins my cat was in her crate by herself and in pain. I finally told them we could no longer wait and I asked for my cat back. They explained that a more critical patient came in after my cat, however, I was there for over 2 hours and a man walked in with his dog and said he had 2 seizures, but was not having on at that time, but they took care of him before my cat. That's the only one that came in after I had been sitting there already for 2 hours. If you decide to go there, you better plan on waiting a very long time and if your cat is bleeding and in pain, they do not consider that a critical patient, so expect to wait if others come in. It is now 12:16am and I am trying to keep my cat as comfortable as possible and I'm going to stay up with her until my vets office opens at 8am. I pray she makes it until then since she seems to be getting worse. I would suggest either Columbus or Mount Laurel, definitely not Red Bank for emergencies.

Arriving upon the facility was clean and staff was accommodating however our dog was left in the kennel there six hours and not even had begun her procedure. The doctor initially saw her for five minutes and attempted to reassure us about leaving her. What could have been a couple hours took six hours and led to us arriving and picking her up due to the negligence of the facility. Her laceration on her paw was not wrapped the whole time and was still actively bleeding upon our arrival. We then decided to take matters into our own hands and wrap up the wound to help her until she made it to her primary. While checking out they charged an extreme amount for the five minutes she had been seen by the doctor who had provided information we already knew. We wasted money for them to do nothing to our beloved daughter and she was alone in a kennel for six hours. Immediately upon leaving she bolted toward the grass to use the bathroom which then showed they had not taken her out either. I understand that there are emergencies greater however no beloved dog should have to wait six hours in pain bleeding. I do not recommend this faculty and hope that others will not have an experience as such.

Great vets even though it's pricey, but it is a 24 hour emergency hospital. They took great care of my Rocky with no wait time. Staff and Dr's know their stuff. Love them!!!

Just my opinion. Very expensive. Holier than thou attitude. We have vets in the family including my vet tech wife. You can get better service elsewhere. Overpriced. Many procedures we have had failed. Always about the money is there attitude. Feels like a bad car lot.

This afternoon our 10 year old Mastiff could no longer get up and/or walk on his own. I called the Linwood Office (our regular vet) and explained what was going on. I also asked if I could come get a stretcher as Charlie is 200lbs. Needless to say, everyone was aware we were coming and why. As I write this, it has been over four hours and we are still waiting to see a doctor. My husband has been holding our dog on a table. Four hours....no doctor!! There is literally nothing we can do as our dog cannot move. This type of "emergency" care is a disgrace. Needless to say, we will never take a pet of ours there again. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would....Not that they care, but they have lost a customer.
