4 weeks to schedule an appointment is a joke

from start to finish, probably the best medical experience i've ever had. scheduled the appointment for the next day with the actual doctor. that only happened because of a cancellation, but whatever - it happened. got there w/ papers already filled out (printed them out last night). waited maybe five minutes until i was seen. waited another five until doctor came in. perfect bedside manner. procedure took a matter of minutes and i was out. no issues whatsoever at any point. i expected many parts to not go nearly as smoothly and for some reason, every part went BETTER than i'd ever think they would.
I had an issue at the front desk and wrote a personalized letter to him and he never responded, so I dropped him.
The five stars are for the PA's especially Sean Adair. I agree with the others Dr Connelly spends at least 4 minutes with you.He rushed me and when I went to ask him something while paying he was already gone.He never used to be like that. My experience with his staff has always been positive
