very empathetic and knowledgeable - Dr Hankin is insightful and is very helpful in focusing on how he can help you to communicate better when you have chronic pain. chronic pain is a physical thing but it can cause a person to not want to socialize, to keep to oneself. he focuses on improving communication skills for a person who has facial nerve pain- this condition is called the invisible disease as you cant see the pain. it spikes. you dont enjoy eating and it often hurts talk. he is honest, straightforward with patients, and very patient. i would recommend him for these reasons.
